1. The service. TomeScout provides research signals derived from publicly visible Amazon search suggestions, plus metadata checks based on published KDP guidelines. It is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind.
2. Estimates, not guarantees. Strength scores and any sales or royalty estimates are approximations. They do not predict or guarantee rankings, sales or earnings.
3. Your responsibility. You decide what to publish. You are responsible for complying with Amazon KDP's content and metadata guidelines and with other people's trademarks and rights. Our compliance flags help but cannot catch everything.
4. Fair use. Do not overload, resell or scrape the service, or use it to harass anyone. We may rate-limit or block traffic that harms the service.
5. No affiliation. Amazon, Kindle and KDP are trademarks of Amazon.com, Inc. or its affiliates. TomeScout is independent and not affiliated with or endorsed by Amazon.
6. Changes. We may change or discontinue features. Material changes to these terms will be posted on this page with a new date.
7. Liability. To the extent permitted by law, TomeScout is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
